Support for Microsoft Windows XP is ending on April 8, 2014

As of April 8, 2014, Microsoft will no longer be providing supports for the Windows XP operating system. XP originally came out in 2001 and has proven to be a favorite of many PC users, current accounting for 35-40% of all operating systems.

Why this is important information?

This information is important as unsupported version of Windows will no longer receive software updates from Windows Update.
